To me, it’s only clickbait if it fails to deliver and wastes my time. The other day I opened and article titled “Intermittent Fasting DESTROYED My Health!” As someone who’s been intermittent fasting for a year and a half, of course I wanted to find out how this was possible. The “health destruction” turned out to be a blood test coming back a little low on iron. Zzz. And the reason for it wasn’t even intermittent fasting, but a poorly planned, non-supplemented vegetarian diet.
I’m all for good headlines but not if they’re followed up with illogical garbage.
