This is the most honest piece on weight I’ve ever read. I lost 45 pounds and have kept it off for two years. Sure, I’ve enjoyed a few health improvements, particularly a reduced thyroid prescription and no more sleep apnea. But I’d be lying my face off if I claimed I didn’t love fitting into a size 4 in my fifties, tucking my shirts in or sporting a bikini. And contrary to the stereotypes about thin people, I’m not the least bit concerned/judgmental about anyone else’s body size.
