So true! The biggest toxic gossip/drama starter I’ve ever known was a male CEO. He’d share confidential info (medical, divorce, etc.) about others, claimed people “hate you” when they didn’t, spread lies about people behind their backs and then say “I’m your biggest supporter” to their faces. Yet he pretended like female employees were the problem and used terms like “HBIC” (Head Bitch in Charge).
