Smart. If an employer abuses you — whether physically (overwork), financially (underpayment or unkept promises), or emotionally (screaming, scolding, dread game, gaslighting) then quitting is the way to go. If you wouldn’t tolerate it from a relative, friend or partner then don’t tolerate from the workplace.
