-Legality is not morality
-Neil and Joni trust science
-Science (by definition) remains open to the possibility of error
-The US government has indeed spread disinformation many times throughout history

Having managed a popular debate board for several years, I easily recognize:

- Whataboutisms
-Moving goal posts
-False equivalencies
-The futility of nailing Jell-O to the wall

One million US citizens have now died of Covid. The vast majority of them were not vaccinated (many, to be fair, died before the vaccine was available). Talk about slaughter. And is the vaccine perfect? No. I caught the Delta variant despite being double vaccinated. I was very sick for about a month, and am pretty sure I’d have died if I hadn’t been vaccinated. But that’s entirely anecdotal and not up for debate.
