I’ve been intermittent fasting typically 18 to 23 hours a day for 3 years. I love it. My big meal is at noon, so it’s digested by bedtime and I sleep great. I’m 57 and have kept off the 40 lbs I lost the first year all this time. I would never go back to counting calories.
