It’s truly a terrible experience anymore. Cramped, uncomfortable, hurry-up-and-wait. The airlines don’t care about anything but squeezing (quite literally) the passengers. I suffered a neck injury while trying to place my bag under the seat in front of me when the idiot in the seat ahead slammed his seat into the full recline position with no warning. I actually cried! It’s tempting to say “people are such assholes” (and yes, dude should have checked before reclining) but it’s really on the airlines for flying sardine cans.
