It’s a bit sad that your boyfriend of four years never told his friends about you, didn’t reciprocate your gift on Valentine’s Day, acted like getting you a birthday gift was a tiresome chore he could palm off on you, and yet you still needed proof he was cheating as a prerequisite to dumping him.
