Interesting and well-written true crime piece. My guess is the husband did it since he changed his story a lot. I also am suspicious of whirlwind love stories leading quickly to marriage because that’s what abusers often do. That way they can drop the exhausting Mr. Wonderful charade (love bombing) and get down to the business of abusing.
