I’m right there with you on all of these (though “axe” was Middle English for “ask” and is proper in AAVE.) Way too many people pronounce the 2-syllable Realtor and realty Real-IT-or and real-IT-ee. Don’t even get me started on people who say “jive” when they mean “jibe.” Jive is talking shit, jibe is to go with/make sense with.
