I’m now in my 4th year of OMAD (one meal a day) and have maintained my 42 lb weight loss this entire time. I will never go back to eating all day. Fasting has improved every aspect of my health as a woman in my late 50s. I eat a full dinner at lunchtime with no foods restricted.
