I’m in my 4th year of eating one full meal a day and perhaps (but not always) one snack. I reached my goal weight (a loss of 40 lbs) in the first 6 months and have easily maintained it all this time. I eat whatever I like in my window, never count calories, and have no food restrictions. The key is that this is a lifestyle. I know if I’d lost that weight and returned to the 3 meals/2 snacks model I would have gained it all back. It’s also brought me multiple other health benefits. I find it very easy , I feel great, and I enjoy food more than ever now.
