I saw that heartbreaking headline on Mlive this morning and, frustrated by Mlive’s scant reporting, googled Bacigalupo and came across your series. The maddening omertà surrounding this financial debacle may implicate other city officials, so-called journalists, and movers and shakers. It really makes you wonder who has what dirt on whom because no one around here is talking about this. Who will pay when Rick Springfield and Joan Jett inevitably win their righteous lawsuits? Citizens like me. I can’t say I was surprised to see the self-serving Mr. Keyes appearance mid-mess, nor the incuriousness of our local news sources. Please keep digging!
