I reported a page like that; It was called Festival Sluts and was filled with nonconsensual images that clearly violated FB’s stated community standards. FB still deemed it okey-dokee, I’m sure because it was bringing eyeballs to their advertisers. Standards are pointless if you’re too greedy to enforce them.
