Anyone whose writing is indistinguishable from AI shouldn’t bother writing because, just like AI, they have nothing of interest to add. Go do something you’re better at.

Thanks to my Friend of Medium account, every money grubbing AI jerk here attempts to follow me. I check the stories of each new follower and when I spot AI, I block them. I won’t be renewing FoM this year because it’s done nothing but make me a target for the greedy dregs of this platform.

Another common AI red flag is sing-song “from this-to-that” constructions: “From cliched phrases to trite observations, AI writing sucks all the ass.”
